Job Description
- Set us up with ACH payment in vendor’s systems
- Analysis on aging by client (who tends to delay payment in the last 12 months)
- Going into Coupa and download invoices for our property taxes for each location and track prior years increases to try to forecast next year’s taxes
- Going into Coupa and download invoices for specific accounts like lab equipment costs and flag potential opportunities to capitalize the expense
- Download reports in Excel from Coupa and forecast current month expenses
1. Payment delays due to several reasons:
- Incorrect PO data
- Invoices do not arrive to the proper client’s AP person
- Reports were never delivered to the customer
- Different payment terms
- Forecast accuracy at some cost categories is poor
Additional Information
The assignment is for 4-6 months
Location: Our Lab in Plano, TX
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Salary: $22 per hour
